IBU-DC Phosphoramidite - Introduction
ibu-dC is a phosphoramidite monomer, fully known as 2-isobutyryl-1-(β-D-deoxyribosyl)-cyproside. It is an organic compound with the following properties:
1. physical properties: ibu-dC is a white crystalline solid, sometimes yellow. Its melting point is between about 165-176 degrees Celsius.
2. Chemical properties: ibu-dC is insoluble in water and soluble in some organic solvents, such as dimethyl sulfoxide and acetonitrile. It is an esterification reagent that reacts with hydroxide to form an ester.
3. use: ibu-dC is mainly used for research and synthesis of nucleic acid molecules, especially in the process of DNA synthesis.
